Samui Snake and Wildlife Rescue is a non-profit organization supporting the rescue and release of wild animals in Koh Samui. The organization, led by “snake man” Phil Brook, also liaises and supports Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand (WFFT).
Wildlife often finds its way into homes and businesses across the island. The first step is to contact Samui Snake and Wildlife Rescue. After capture and health checks, the animals are released into the jungle.
The goal of the organization is preservation and conservation of Koh Samui’s wildlife. Phil therefore also works to educate locals and tourists in the importance of protecting the local environment and wildlife.
